By using the services of Review Collect, you agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Review Collect provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for collecting and distributing customer reviews. Our platform enables e-merchants to request reviews from their customers and redirect them to third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, Verified Reviews, Facebook, and others. Reviews are collected via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.

Review Collect is operated by REVCOL TECHNOLOGY LLC (Karim Rakkaby, MBR), with its registered office at 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. EIN: 352846891.

2. Target Users

Our services are intended exclusively for professional use, primarily for e-commerce merchants and online businesses. By using our services, you certify that you are accessing them in the context of a professional activity and not for personal purposes.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

In providing our services, we collect the following personal data on behalf of our merchant clients: first name, last name, phone number, and email address of end consumers. This data is collected solely for the purpose of contacting the end consumer to request a review and is used for no other purpose.

All collected data is protected in accordance with our technical infrastructure security standards, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, robust firewalls, and strict access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions to our services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Stripe accepts credit and debit cards and applies rigorous security measures: SSL encryption, payment data tokenization, and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance. Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Review Collect does not claim any intellectual property rights over content generated by users on the platform. However, by submitting content on our platform, you grant Review Collect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, and display such content in connection with the provision of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Review Collect and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Review Collect acts solely as a technology provider. It is the responsibility of each merchant to ensure that their use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding the collection and processing of personal data.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and other tracking technologies to improve the user experience on our platform, analyze website usage, and personalize our services. By using our services, you consent to the use of these technologies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to be informed of any updates. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@review-collect.com to seek an amicable resolution.

Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States. We also offer alternative dispute resolution options (mediation, arbitration) to facilitate prompt and amicable settlement of disputes.

10. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Policies

Our services are designed to comply with the policies of Google, Trustpilot, Stripe, and other platforms with which we integrate. However, it is each user's responsibility to ensure that their campaigns, transactions, and uses comply with the specific terms and conditions of those third-party platforms.

11. WhatsApp Integration and Message Sending

As a technology provider, Review Collect may connect to the WhatsApp Business account of its merchant clients to send review request messages on their behalf. By activating this feature, you agree that we may access your WhatsApp Business account solely for the purpose of collecting customer reviews.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained the prior and explicit consent of your end customers to receive messages via WhatsApp on your behalf. Review Collect shall not be liable for any failure by its merchant clients to comply with this obligation.
